Diver Propelled?
At the General Meeting the idea of a diver propelled vehicle race was floated. Is there anyone out there who can make an attempt at a neutral buoyancy, diver powered vehicle? The initial thought was to require a modified bicycle power drive.

There have been no comments or suggestions. So the diver propelled contest is off. Let's see if we can come up with something simpler.
